18 inch cube detail 2

I thought I would ad a few items I made in the past that somehow got forgotten when I made this page a year ago. This is a project I made in high school. It has 18" dowels in the form of a cube and woven raffia. The project took about 1 hour per 2-3 square inches of woven raffia, all told about 30 hours. I hand wove this with a needle and the curve in the woven raffia was planned.
